• Click on the attachment provided with this mail
• You will be prompted for your password to open the attachment
• The password is the first four letter of your name (in capital letters as updated in your bank account) followed by your Date of Birth in DDMM format.

Note: - (In case your first name has less than four alphabets, please use all letters of your first name in capital letter as updated in your bank account) followed by your date of birth in DDMM format.

If you encounter any problem in opening the User Details file, please check the following:

Please ensure that you have entered the Name and DOB in correct format.

Your system has Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 or above is required to open the attached file.

Your Web/IT/Email administrator allows emails with attachments.

Once the password is created, please follow the below steps to access the Corporate Internet Banking portal:

1. Go to link [link]
2. Find corporate identifier and user identifier from the attachment.
3. The Login ID is [CORPORATE_IDENTIFIER].[USER_IDENTIFIER].
4. Use the password set from the reset link.
